SWEAT is built on the premise that everyone is welcome and the workout is made to accommodate all levels of fitness. All exercises can be modified for different intensity levels and most importantly you go at your own pace. Though the instructor will be working to get the maximum out of you, if you need a break, take a break. Jump back in when you are ready.
What Should I bring to SWEAT?
SWEAT requires a great attitude, a smile, and an open mind. Dress in athletic gear that makes you feel comfortable, closed toe supportive shoes, and be ready for a great workout experience. Feel free to bring your own water or get a bottle from us. We provide hand towels and great music to keep you comfortable and energized during the workout.
Are there showers?
SWEAT provides two modern sleek locker rooms. Our locker rooms are bright with private rain fall showers, luxury towel service, candles, and toiletries.
