SWEAT DC is built on the premise that everyone is welcomed and the workout is made to accommodate all levels of fitness. All exercises can be modified for different intensity levels and most importantly you go at your own pace. Though the instructor will be working to get the maximum out of you, if you need a break, take a break. Jump back in when you are ready.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO SWEAT DC?
SWEAT DC requires a great attitude, a smile, and an open mind. Dress in athletic gear that makes you feel comfortable, closed toe supportive shoes, and be ready for a great workout experience. Feel free to bring your own water or get a bottle from us. We provide hand towels and great music to keep you comfortable and energized during the workout.
WHAT AMENITIES DOES SWEAT DC PROVIDE?
SWEAT DC provides two modern sleek locker rooms. Our locker rooms are bright with private rainfall showers, luxury towel service, candles, and toiletries. These can also be purchased at the front desk.
Our studio also includes towel service and lockers with charging plugs for members to use. No need to bring your own lock, as our lockers can be locked and unlocked with your own custom 4 digit combination.
