Skydive! I’ve never done it before but I love that feeling of adrenaline in your veins!

Squat--there are so many fun squats you can do and it hurts EVERY time.
If you were reincarnated as ice cream, what would be your flavor?
Dark chocolate truffle sorbet and frose sorbet in a waffle cone from Jeni’s.
Why did you choose your profession?
Endorphins. Energy. Enthusiasm. I love working out because those are the things that I gain. However, there’s nothing like having a client tell me that their mood did a 180 from my class or that all they needed in their day was exactly what I said. I teach fitness classes because I love when others gain endorphins, energy, and enthusiasm. If they get more in shape in the process, then that’s cool, too.
Who is your TV alter ego/spirit animal?
I would like to be as cool as Kate McKinnon is on SNL...working my way there but sometimes I’m more like an early season version of Fiona Gallagher from Shameless.
What is the weirdest talent you have?
Choreographing random songs with my friends
If you could have one superpower, what would it be and how would you use it?
Flying. It would get me places in a much more enjoyable, green, and cost-effective way.
